You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. PRAJVAL R URS (PRAJVAL URS DESIGNS) cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. By subscribing to a Pro plan, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for your first subscription period. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

5. Content Ownership and Use

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., generating AI summaries).

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
